I’ve been working with Jill on two major renovation projects…a large home and a large condo. She is excellent. I highly recommend her services. She has been extremely helpful in selecting paint color for interiors and exteriors. The results have far exceeded my expectations. Her input and suggestions for light fixtures and ceiling fans have dramatically changed the look and feel of these spaces. She took these and other designs in positive directions I would have never considered even after decades of major remodels and building custom high end homes. The results are stunning and that is not an exaggeration. Perhaps her greatest value has been in helping explore and plan design and renovation directions…including budgets. I truly feel like I have a trusted team member who is insuring the funds spent on these two projects get the most bang for the buck. Not the least of her help has been in referring me to contractors and workmen she has worked with and can recommend. Last I can say with out hesitation that her fees are very reasonable. I will continue to use her services on these current projects and any I undertake in the future. I have yet to find any area of building trades and design that she has not been helpful. I can say with full confidence you will not be sorry for engaging her services. She is the best I have worked with in 30 years of renovations and new construction.
