Vacant Home Staging
Staging a vacant home is our specialty. We bring in furnishings and accessories that allow buyers to visualize themselves living in the home. Great time and attention are given to this process so that the completed property is warm and inviting. We will provide a design plan including furniture and décor that matches the price point of the home and attracting the targeted buyer. We will work within your budget, creating warm and inviting rooms allowing the buyers to make that emotional connection to the home.
Occupied Home Staging
- Full Consultation with Report – The Staging Consultant will show up at the home and do a room to room visual inspection, making notes from curb appeal to furniture placement in the home to ideas for small repairs, or new paint. A detailed report will be given to the homeowner and realtor if there is one involved. This offers homeowners a place to start. Homeowners may decide to do the work themselves or hire the help of a professional contractor for the repair work or professional stagers to implement the suggestions for the home to make it stand out from the rest. Approximately 2-hour on site visit. $230.00
- Walk and Talk – The Staging Consultant will meet with the seller and walk through the
home room by room, offering suggestions. The home owner is encouraged to take notes and ask questions. We will evaluate every space from curb appeal, furniture placement, and needed repairs. This is verbal recommendations only, no written report will be provided, minimum of 2 hours on site @ $75.00 an hour. - Redesigning – Bluebonnet Home Stagers offers redesign services for clients who desire to beautify spaces for their own personal enjoyment. We do this by either working with the furniture you have or can suggest bringing in new pieces to help update your home.
- Holiday Decorating – Holidays are busy times of the year. We will be glad to do the
decorating for you. We can use your own items; we can bring in new pieces or a
combination of both to enhance your home through the holiday season.
